The blend charmed the British court and never fell out of favour. Our 1803 is a tribute to that classic, made with whole leaves and real bergamot oil.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch2\u003eBrewing\u003c\/h2\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSteep at 90 °C for about 3½ minutes – roughly 2.5 g of loose leaf (a heaping teaspoon) per cup, or one tea bag.
