Bistro Blend

Bistro Blend is a smooth, easygoing coffee blend made for the simple pleasure of a good cup on a café terrace. Freshly roasted on demand in our Montréal facility, this 100% Arabica blend is creamy and mellow, with delicate notes of vanilla and caramelized sugar. It is an approachable, everyday coffee – the kind you linger over, best brewed as filter or drip.

Tasting Notes

Bistro Blend is all about smoothness. A creamy body carries a gentle, inviting aroma and delicate notes of vanilla and caramelized sugar, finishing soft and clean. It is a light, mellow cup that is easy to enjoy any time of day, on its own or with a splash of milk.

Origin

This is a blend of 100% Arabica beans sourced from growers across South America and Asia. Combining beans from these regions gives Bistro Blend its smooth, balanced character and its gentle sweetness. Drawing on several origins keeps the cup consistent and dependable from bag to bag.

Roast

Bistro Blend is finished at a light-medium roast, developed to caramelise the beans' natural sugars while bringing out their varietal character. As a blend, it carries our Light Medium Roast designation rather than a single-origin roast profile, keeping the vanilla-and-caramel sweetness bright and the cup smooth and approachable.

Brewing

For filter or drip coffee, use about 1 tbsp (8 g) of coffee per 8.5 oz (250 ml) of fresh water.
