Finum BEAN ME UP

Hand-grinding coffee shouldn't be hard work. The Finum BEAN ME UP™ is a manual burr grinder built to make it quick, even and genuinely easy, and it won a GOOD DESIGN™ award for the way it does it. Fill the hopper, turn the handle, and you get fresh, uniform grounds for whatever you're brewing, from a fine Turkish grind to a coarse one for cold brew.

Conical Ceramic Burrs

At its heart are two interchangeable conical ceramic burrs. Ceramic stays sharp, handles even the hardest beans and, unlike some metal burrs, leaves no metallic taste in the cup. The grind size adjusts steplessly across the full range, from super-fine (Turkish) all the way to coarse (cold brew), so you can dial in the exact grind your method wants. The payoff is a consistent, uniform particle size, which is what even extraction depends on.

For Any Brewing Method

Whatever you brew, BEAN ME UP covers it: filter and pour-over, French press, Turkish coffee and everything in between. Just set the grind to match the method and go. Finum says it grinds three to five times faster than other manual grinders, so you're not working for it.

Build and Cleaning

The body is ABS with a stainless steel shaft, silicone buttons and a chrome-plated ZAK handle, a patented design that's comfortable to turn and easy to live with. The high-strength ceramic parts come apart without tools, so cleaning is quick and thorough. The hopper holds 30 g (1 oz) of beans and the collection chamber holds 60 g (2 oz) of grounds.
