West Coast Blend is our take on the bold, dark-roasted style that made American West Coast coffee famous. Freshly roasted on demand in our Montréal facility, this 100% Arabica blend delivers a sharp, smoky aroma and a clean, light body – the kind of assertive, no-nonsense cup that fuelled a coffee culture. It is built for filter and drip brewing, best enjoyed black and bracing.

West Coast Blend leads with a sharp, smoky aroma and a bold, roasty flavour. The body stays light and clean, giving it a brisk, bracing character that finishes crisp rather than heavy. It is a straightforward, assertive cup for drinkers who like their coffee dark and direct.

Origin

This is a blend of 100% Arabica beans sourced from growers across South America. The beans are chosen to stand up to a dark roast, holding their clarity and sharpness while the roast brings the smoky depth. Drawing on a consistent South American base keeps the cup dependable from bag to bag.

Roast

West Coast Blend is finished at a dark roast, taken further to build the smoky, sharp character the style is known for. As a blend, it carries our Dark Roast designation rather than a single-origin roast profile. The darker roast keeps the body light and the flavour bold, for a cup that is clean, brisk, and unmistakably West Coast.

Brewing

For filter or drip coffee, use about 1 tbsp (8 g) of coffee per 8.5 oz (250 ml) of fresh water.
