The cooler temperatures at these altitudes slow bean development, resulting in denser green coffee that responds well to home roasting and offers greater flavor complexity in the cup.

Processed using the washed method, this coffee delivers clarity and balance, making it a versatile choice for a range of roast profiles – from light to medium-dark.

In the cup, Chiapas coffees are known for their balanced structure and smooth, clean finish. Expect a medium to full body with notes of chocolate and caramel, supported by nutty tones and subtle citrus or soft fruit highlights, depending on roast level.
