SPRINTER Pour-Over Coffee Dripper

The SPRINTER is a single-serve pour-over coffee dripper that sits right on your cup, so you can make one fresh, clean cup of coffee in a few minutes with nothing else to set up. It uses a built-in stainless steel mesh filter instead of paper, a water distributor to wet the grounds evenly, and a lid that flips over to become a drip tray. Add coffee, pour, and you're done, with very little to clean up after.

How It Works

A fine stainless steel mesh does the filtering, so there's no paper to buy and nothing to throw out, and the mesh is fine enough to keep grit out of the cup. The water distributor presses gently on the grounds and spreads the pour so the whole bed saturates evenly, which is what gives you a balanced extraction rather than a weak or bitter one. It's a simple, repeatable way to brew a single cup.

How to Use It

1. Set the brewer on your cup or mug.
2. Add about 2 tablespoons of ground coffee into the built-in mesh filter.
3. Insert the water distributor so it rests gently on the grounds.
4. Pour in a little hot water (about 50 mL, not boiling) and let it sit 20 seconds to bloom.
5. Slowly add more hot water until the cup is full, taking care not to overfill.
6. Once the water has drained through, lift off the lid and flip it over; it doubles as a drip tray for clean handling.
