Espresso Cremoso

Espresso Cremoso is a bold, full-bodied espresso blend built for anyone who takes their espresso rich, spicy, and thick with crema. Freshly roasted on demand in our Montréal facility, it layers a heavy, velvety body over savoury notes of cracked pepper and thyme. It is an espresso with real presence – equally at home pulled as a short, intense shot or brewed long for a fuller cup.

Tasting Notes

Cremoso sits firmly at the heavier end of the intensity scale, prized for its weight and depth rather than brightness. Cracked pepper and a whisper of thyme give it a distinctive savoury edge, wrapped in a dense, creamy body that lingers on the palate. A generous crema crowns every shot – the signature this blend is named for.

Origin

This is a blend of Arabica and Robusta beans drawn from growers across South America and Asia. The Arabica lends aroma and balance, while a measured share of Robusta builds the body, the strength, and the thick crema the name Cremoso promises. Sourcing across two regions lets us hold that bold, consistent profile from bag to bag.

Roast

Espresso Cremoso is finished at a medium-dark roast, developed to deepen the body and carry its spicy, savoury character. As a blend, it carries our Medium Dark Roast designation rather than a single-origin roast profile, giving it the intense, rounded depth that stands up to milk and holds its own as a straight shot.

Brewing

For espresso, use about 1 tbsp (8 g) of coffee per 1 oz of fresh water. For filter or drip coffee, use 1 tbsp (8 g) per 8.5 oz of fresh water.
