Finum ONECUP Compostable Coffee Filters

ONECUP is a single-serve coffee filter you fill, dip and compost, with no machine and no mess. Finum calls it the world's first fully compostable infusion filter: you spoon in ground coffee, add hot water, and in about a minute you have a fresh cup, then the whole filter goes in the compost. It's the simplest way to brew real ground coffee anywhere, and the tidiest to clean up after. Available in packs of 60, with or without a mount.

Compostable by Design

The filters are made from naturfine® paper, 100% natural fibres and FSC®-certified, so the whole thing composts after use. They're tear-proof despite being thin, built without glue, and have a wide opening that's easy to fill and gives the coffee room to infuse properly. Nothing plastic, nothing to rinse, nothing left over but grounds and paper you can compost.

How to Use It

1. Place paper filter on reusable mount
2. Add one coffee scoop (7 to 10 g) of ground coffee to the filter.
3. Place mount in your cup and pour over hot water.
   
4. Leave it about 1 minute, then lift it out. Compost the used filter.

No pre-rinsing the filter and no separate bloom step needed, it's ready as described.
