Le Parisien

Le Parisien is a wonderfully well-rounded coffee blend – a crowd-pleaser built from eight different coffees, each roasted to its own ideal. Freshly roasted on demand in our Montréal facility, it brings together beans from South America, Asia, and Africa for a balanced, approachable cup with something for everyone. It is an easy, everyday coffee with real depth, best brewed as filter or drip.

Tasting Notes

Le Parisien is all about balance. Eight distinct coffees, each roasted to bring out its best, come together in a smooth, well-rounded cup that is neither too light nor too bold. Approachable and satisfying, it is the kind of coffee that pleases a whole table – as at home over breakfast as it is through the afternoon.

Origin

This is a blend of coffees drawn from three continents – South America, Asia, and Africa. Combining eight different varieties from these regions is what gives Le Parisien its complexity and its balance, with each origin adding its own character to the cup. Sourcing across the world keeps the blend rich, rounded, and dependable from bag to bag.

Roast

Le Parisien is built from three roast levels: 60% light roast, 30% medium roast, and 10% dark roast. Each of its eight coffees is roasted to its own ideal, and blending light, medium, and dark together is what gives the cup its remarkable balance – bright and lively up front, with body and depth underneath.

Brewing

For filter or drip coffee, use about 1 tbsp (8 g) of coffee per 8.5 oz (250 ml) of fresh water.
