Le Québec is named in honour of Quebec City – long considered the cradle of French civilization in the Americas. This special blend of grands crus pours a rich, layered cup that charms with floral aromatics and a gentle smoky depth. A multi-roast blend built for the filter pot. Freshly roasted on demand in our Montréal facility.
Tasting Notes
Floral aromatics open the cup, giving way to a rich, rounded body and a warm, smoky depth drawn from the darker roasts in the blend. Balanced and expressive, it's a distinctive everyday cup with real character.
Roast
Le Québec is a multi-roast blend: 15% light roast, 30% medium roast, 40% medium-dark roast and 15% dark roast. The lighter roasts preserve the blend's floral top notes, while the darker portions build its signature smoky depth and full body.
Brewing
Le Québec is at its best as a filter or drip coffee at 8 g per 8.5 oz. It also pulls as an espresso at 8 g per 1 oz. Available in multiple grinds to suit your brewing method.
