Espresso Otto 2.05 is a striking espresso blend – 55% South American and Ethiopian Arabica with 45% superior Robusta – built for lovers of bold, full-bodied coffee. Structured, smooth and imposing, it delivers light notes of pepper and cloves beneath a rich, beautiful crema. Freshly roasted on demand in our Montréal facility.
Tasting Notes
Structured and full-bodied, Espresso Otto 2.05 opens with light notes of pepper and cloves and finishes smooth and long, crowned by a thick, beautiful crema. The Robusta lends power and body while the South American and Ethiopian Arabica bring aromatic lift – an imposing espresso for those who like it bold.
Roast
Our Medium Roast is crafted to build body and round out the cup for a smooth, full character, caramelising the coffee's natural sugars to deepen its richness.
Brewing
Espresso Otto 2.05 is made for the espresso machine – pull it at 8 g per 1 oz for a bold shot and a thick crema. It also brews beautifully as a filter or drip coffee at 8 g per 8.5 oz. Available in multiple grinds to suit your brewing method.
